Make a mark with your career.

All members are introduced to ICS through our 8-week seminar, comprising weekly discussions on curated readings, project sprints, and workshops organized by our members. Our curriculum includes reading on discovering what you love, compounding yourself, and different approaches to impact and doing good in the world.

We provide financial support for our members' professional development. In additional to full reimbursements for project conference travel and coffee chats, we offer small grants for project funding.

Community is the cornerstone of ICS. At the start of the semester, all new cohort members chat 1:1 with everyone else in ICS. We host weekly dinner and discussion throughout, and we round out the semester with a retreat!
